About the Role

MRS Digital, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a highly skilled Senior PPC Manager to join our team. As a key member of our paid search team, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and expanding PPC campaigns across a range of clients and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute daily tasks across client paid media campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Manage client budgets and monitor campaign pacing, ensuring delivery on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other account key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Paid Media Manager on planning and strategy for all managed paid media campaigns.
  • Optimize keyword, feed, and placement performance using data-driven decision making and testing techniques.
  • Monitor tracking activity for all accounts and analyze competitor activities to inform market share strategies.
  • Ensure online marketing efforts yield the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
  • Provide timely, ad-hoc monthly reports to clients.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong analytical and KPI-driven skills, with attention to detail and ability to build scalable campaigns.
  • Advanced capability within the Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, including setting up and reviewing conversion events.
  • Ability to optimize accounts using various bidding strategies, including CPA, ROAS, and Value-Based Bidding.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in keyword research, bid management, competitor analysis, data-led ad testing, and A/B and multivariate testing.

Compensation

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, determined by demonstrable experience.
