The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing paid media campaigns, with a strong understanding of the Google Ads platform and ability to drive results. As a Senior PPC Manager, you will work closely with our Head of PPC and other senior team members to implement, manage, and expand PPC accounts across a range of clients and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day tasks across client paid media campaigns, ensuring campaigns are pacing and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Control client budgets and ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other account key metrics.
  • Work with the Senior Paid Media Manager to plan and strategize paid media campaigns.
  • Optimize keyword, feed, and placement performance using data-led decision making and testing techniques.
  • Monitor tracking activity for all accounts and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure all online marketing efforts deliver the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
  • Provide regular, timely reports to clients on their campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in running paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong analytical and KPI-driven skills, with attention to detail and ability to build scalable campaigns.
  • Advanced capability within the Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, including setting up and reviewing conversion events.
  • Ability to optimize accounts using various bidding strategies, including CPA, ROAS, and Value-Based Bidding.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in keyword research, bid management, competitor analysis, data-led ad testing, and A/B and multivariate testing.

What We Offer:

MRS Digital offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on demonstrable experience.
