Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior PPC Manager to join our team and play a key role in the implementation, management, and expansion of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. As a Senior PPC Manager, you will work closely with our Head of PPC and other senior team members to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Manage client budgets and ensure campaigns are pacing and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and optimize keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with the Senior Paid Media Manager to plan and strategize paid media campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, feed optimization, and placement optimization to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and take actions based on detailed analysis of market share.
- Ensure online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
- Provide regular ad-hoc monthly reports to clients.
Skill Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in running paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
- Highly analytical and KPI-driven, with strong attention to detail and proven ability to build scalable campaigns.
- Advanced capability within the Google Ads platform, including various campaign types, bidding strategies, and processes.
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, including ability to set up and review conversion events.
- Ability to optimize accounts in line with various bidding strategies, including CPA, ROAS, and Value-Based Bidding.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in keyword research, bid management, competitor analysis, data-led ad testing, and A/B and multivariate testing.
What We Offer
MRS Digital offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, determined based on demonstrable experience.
