Clean Utilities and Sterile Manufacturing Expert

We are seeking an experienced Clean Utilities and Sterile Manufacturing subject matter expert to join our team at Projective Ltd.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Clean Utilities design and Sterile Manufacturing technologies, including validation and qualification of these systems, ideally gained in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
They will be qualified and experienced within a relevant discipline, and will ideally be a Chartered professional.
The ideal candidate will have significant relevant career experience within a Sterile Manufacturing or design environment and will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Key Requirements- Knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements for clean utilities systems, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience of carrying out site audits and reporting on system condition, maintenance regimes and replacement strategies.
- Ability to analyse and present process and operational data.
- System design and equipment selection to meet design requirements.
- Ability to write control descriptions and commission systems.
- Knowledge of low and zero carbon solutions for clean utilities.
- Awareness of latest technologies and developments within the field of expertise.
- Knowledge of and proven appreciation for energy saving strategies.
- Development and mentoring of other technical staff.
