About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at Securitas Security Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various projects and programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to work closely with our STARS Manager and support the Transactional Services Team in ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure the implementation of policies and practices, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Team Communication: Keep all team members up-to-date with relevant information, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Meeting Organization: Schedule and organize meetings, maintaining agendas and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Technology Management: Ensure the correct use of technology for all operations, maintaining efficiency and productivity.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and update paperwork, maintaining accurate records and creating reports and proposals as needed.
  • Development and Support: Support the development of team members, creating presentations, summaries, and other materials to enhance communication and collaboration.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop good working relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring excellent service and support.
  • Operational Needs and SLA Requirements: Understand the operational needs and SLA requirements for the region, ensuring effective support and service delivery.

Requirements
  • Right to Work: Possess the right to work in the UK.
  • Work/Education Background: Have a minimum 3-year checkable work/education background.
  • IT Skills: Possess good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, including time management.
  • Proactive Approach: Possess a proactive approach, suggesting and organizing better ways of working.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Possess problem-solving skills, taking ownership of issues and resolving them effectively.
