Position Title: Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Warton, with occasional travel requirements.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, starting at £63,900.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive plan of activities to establish a cohesive scheduling framework.
  • Oversee the scheduling team to ensure a consistent monthly cycle of scenario analysis while assisting Project Teams in creating effective schedules.
  • Lead the setup, execution, and evaluation of modeling scenarios.
  • Maintain the overarching schedule on a monthly basis, incorporating adjustments due to operational changes and providing necessary analysis and reporting.
  • Adhere to the established Scheduling Policy at all times.
  • Act as the scheduling Subject Matter Expert, supporting the Head of Project Control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Project Management.
  • Proven expertise in scheduling with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Deltek OpenPlan, or Primavera P6.
  • Adept at resolving complex project-related challenges that require innovative solutions.
  • Experience with intricate engineering development programs is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
