Partnership and Stakeholder Manager – FCAS Enablement

Salary: £63,900 + depending on experience What you’ll be doing:
Responsible for the schedule performance and management reporting for the International Enablers programme. Work collaboratively with Italian and Japanese PMs to ensure alignment across programme and ensure a collated Enablers programme of work exists which underpins overall schedule ambitions. Work with domestic partners to create coherent strategies for solving common problems and mitigating key enterprise risks. Effectively prioritise tasks for the team to ensure sprint activities meet the priority needs of the customer(s). Considers and reinforces continuous improvement opportunities using conventional and novel project management techniques. Ensures essential procedures are followed based on own knowledge of Project Management. May formulate policies and processes within own area to help govern and integrate across the international enablers team, focusing on efficiency and rationalising opportunities. Exercises full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination and other personnel actions. Your skills and experiences: Experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Project Management (tools, techniques, practices) and basic knowledge of other functions such as Commercial & Finance. Able to develop innovative solutions to complex issues in a wider Business context. International experience or experience working with other cultures is desirable. Able to persuade and influence internal & external stakeholders, sometimes at senior levels both internally and externally. University level education or professional qualifications gained through industry, or equivalent experience. Working within the Enablement team entails a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing new methods for engineering systems. This involves not only introducing innovative tool sets but also providing comprehensive training to ensure seamless adoption and proficiency among team members. Additionally, a significant aspect of the role involves harnessing the power of data more effectively, with a keen focus on simplifying data utilization processes for enhanced efficiency. The team’s primary objective revolves around maximizing the exploitation of systems to drive productivity and performance across various sectors of the business. With a substantial team of 250 individuals spanning different departments such as engineering and finance, collaboration and coordination are paramount to ensure cohesive and impactful enablement strategies.
