Job Title: Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement Manager

Salary: £63,900 + based on experience



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling performance and management reporting for the International Enablers initiative.
  • Collaborate effectively with Italian and Japanese Project Managers to ensure alignment across the initiative and maintain a consolidated Enablers program that supports overall scheduling goals.
  • Engage with domestic partners to develop cohesive strategies for addressing shared challenges and mitigating significant enterprise risks.
  • Prioritize tasks for the team to ensure that sprint activities align with the priority needs of the customer(s).
  • Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities utilizing both traditional and innovative project management methodologies.
  • Ensure adherence to essential procedures based on comprehensive knowledge of Project Management.
  • May establish policies and processes within the area to facilitate governance and integration across the international enablers team, with a focus on efficiency and rationalizing opportunities.
  • Exercise full management authority, including conducting performance reviews, making pay decisions, overseeing recruitment, and managing disciplinary actions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven professional with extensive expertise in Project Management (tools, techniques, practices) and a foundational understanding of other functions such as Commercial & Finance.
  • Capable of devising innovative solutions to complex challenges within a broader business context.
  • International experience or familiarity with diverse cultures is advantageous.
  • Able to persuade and influence both internal and external stakeholders, occasionally at senior levels.
  • University-level education or professional qualifications acquired through industry experience, or equivalent expertise.

The FCAS Enablement Team:


Being part of the Enablement team means playing a crucial role in implementing and enhancing new methodologies for engineering systems. This includes not only the introduction of innovative toolsets but also providing thorough training to ensure smooth adoption and proficiency among team members. A significant aspect of the role involves effectively leveraging data, focusing on simplifying data utilization processes for improved efficiency. The team's primary goal is to maximize the use of systems to enhance productivity and performance across various business sectors. With a large team of 250 individuals from different departments such as engineering and finance, collaboration and coordination are essential to ensure cohesive and impactful enablement strategies.
