Our client, a leading Aerospace and Defence organization, is seeking a Business Design Integration Lead to consolidate expertise from multiple sources and provide coherent advice to further organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge Management: Supports and promotes the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organization.
  • Modeling and Analysis: Produces models in support of business strategy, with in-depth knowledge of industry-wide modeling techniques.
  • Team Management: Responsible for planning and coordinating team modeling activities and ensuring the quality of their work.
  • Project Management: Manages the full project lifecycle to ensure that customer needs are met and financial and other benefits are achieved.
  • Project Delivery: Defines, documents, and carries out small projects or sub-projects, actively participating in all phases.
  • Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, and manages risks to the success of the project.
  • Methodology and Tools: Applies appropriate project management methods and tools, whether predictive or adaptive approaches.
  • Stakeholder Management: Agrees project with stakeholders, prepares realistic plans, and tracks activities.

Required Experience:
