Role Overview

We're seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to drive strategic improvements across our finance functions globally. This pivotal role involves shaping and contributing to the FP&A Process Strategy, defining Objectives, Risks, Controls, and Design Principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the future state process, incorporating process steps, risk and control measures, technology, reporting, data governance, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Process Owners to address key business needs and communicate the future state design.
  • Facilitate the implementation of these designs by providing expert guidance and advising on major programmes.
  • Identify process deficiencies and develop business cases for improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver essential materials and inputs for the Global Process Lead and Process Design Authority.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven expertise in optimising finance processes and understanding their impact on data, technology, service delivery, governance, and reporting.
  • Solid experience with FP&A processes such as Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and forecasting.
  • A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
  • Experience within large, complex organisations with similar operational scale and scope.

As part of our Plan To Report team, you'll drive strategic improvements across our finance functions globally. Your expertise will help us optimise processes, including IBP planning and reporting, and deliver best practices across various business areas.

This role involves engaging with stakeholders across finance and non-finance functions, designing future state processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance.
