Job Title: Business Continuity and Resilience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and management of Business Continuity plans and documentation within the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) on behalf of the BCM Sponsor.
- Engage with local Business Continuity Management coordinators to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate and deliver training sessions, exercises, and testing for BCM initiatives.
- Disseminate BCM information to stakeholders by actively engaging with local coordinators regarding policies, processes, and strategic direction.
- Coordinate business or functional reviews, including post-incident evaluations.
- Support and participate in BCM audits and process confirmations.
- Prepare reports on exercise and test outcomes, managing improvement actions to completion.
- Organize all BCM activities in preparation for business reviews.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Demonstrated experience in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, and Incident Management processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Understanding of the challenges associated with working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
Desirable:
- Background in emergency response.
- Experience in project management, training, or assurance roles, with the ability to work effectively with virtual teams and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational processes and governance frameworks.
- Experience in conducting process confirmations and audits.
- Qualifications in Risk Management, Insurance, or Business Continuity Management.
- A security background would be beneficial.
