Pay rate £15.10 PAYE

12 month contract

Hybrid (2-3 days in the office per week)

Job Duties
- Support a range of administrative activities to assist the administrators in the smooth and efficient running of the office
- Support the general administration tasks to support the smooth running of the office including stationery, IT and PPE ordering, site and office visits and conference room booking
- Arranging and co-ordination travel requirements with the travel office and international travel booking teams including itineraries, currency and visa’s
- Administration and maintenance of documents and data in line with our Document Creation and Retention policy
- Maintain a proactive response to enquiries and exchanging of information
- Ensuring query resolution is dealt with in a timely and professional manner
- Assist the office in maintaining a cost effective environment
- Understand your obligations under SHE and how they affect you/and other Business Administrators.
- Support other Administrators on an ad hoc basis where appropriate and agreed e.g. holiday/sickness cover, or where extra support is required
- Run reports and transfer data into alternative formats as appropriate
- Support the creation of presentation material, including formatting and collation
- Invoices/Expenses processed in line with the Travel and Expenses policy

**Responsibilities**:

- You must be organised and reliable and keen to help and support the administrative team
- You will be flexible, well motivated with good communication skills, have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Experience of working in an Administration/secretarial type role
- Flexible approach to work, which may involve working in different locations and different working hours as necessary
