Job Title: Lead Project Control Assurance Specialist – FCAS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Control Assurance Manager, spearheading aspects of Assurance related to Risk and Opportunity, as well as schedule oversight;
  • Ensure that the program possesses suitable processes and supporting documentation to facilitate a robust risk & opportunity, and scheduling capability;
  • Monitor adherence to processes by the program, promoting continuous enhancement;
  • Provide expert guidance to program teams as a subject matter authority;
  • Identify and address training requirements for the team;
  • Support the business line in balancing program and corporate demands, serving as the primary contact for these interactions;
  • Generate and present management reports to assess the program's health;
  • Collaborate with other Project Control Assurance Leads responsible for different components of the Project Control System to create a cohesive quality project control service across FCAS.

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Extensive experience in Risk & Opportunity Management, and Schedule Management;
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities;
  • Proven experience with Project Management & Control tools (MS Project, Predict, Primavera P6) and methodologies;
  • Recognized Project Management professional / APM Qualification or relevant industry experience;
  • Ability to meet Business objectives effectively;
  • Experience in managing large, complex projects.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with various Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Critical Chain).
