We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various projects and programs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with our STARS Manager and Transactional Services Team to ensure adherence to standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Policies and Procedures: Ensure the implementation of policies and practices, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
- Team Communication: Keep all team members informed and up-to-date on relevant information, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, maintaining agendas and ensuring effective communication.
- Technology and Operations: Ensure the correct use of technology for all operations, maintaining efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and update paperwork, maintaining accurate records and creating reports and proposals as needed.
- Development and Support: Support the development of team members, creating presentations, summaries, and other materials to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Customer Service: Ensure all important customer information is filed in the agreed filing system, developing good working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Operational Needs: Understand the operational needs and SLA requirements for the region, ensuring effective support and service delivery.
- Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to plan and forecast effectively.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Work/Education Background: Minimum 3-year checkable work/education background.
- IT Skills: Good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
