About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various projects and programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with our STARS Manager and Transactional Services Team to ensure adherence to standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ensure the implementation of policies and practices, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Team Communication: Keep all team members informed and up-to-date on relevant information, promoting maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, maintaining agendas and ensuring effective communication.
  • Technology Management: Ensure the correct use of technology for all operations, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and update paperwork, maintaining accurate records and creating reports and proposals as needed.
  • Development and Support: Support the development of new projects and initiatives, creating presentations, summaries, and other materials as required.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all important customer information is filed in the agreed filing system, developing good working relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements
  • Right to Work: The right to work in the UK.
  • Work/Education Background: A minimum of 3-year checkable work/education background.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills, with the ability to learn new technologies as required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive approach, with the ability to suggest and organize better ways of working.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
