As a vital member of our dynamic retail team, your primary focus will be to swiftly manage our inventory, ensuring that products are accessible to customers promptly. When engaging with customers on the sales floor, your exceptional service skills will be evident. In exchange for adhering to all Company policies and demonstrating a positive work ethic, we are committed to your growth and development from the outset.
Role Overview:
To excel as a Delivery Team Associate, you will ensure optimal stock availability for our clientele by:
Efficiently processing inventory with precision and adhering to the highest standards, which encompasses scanning, unpacking, organizing, and shelving products Presenting all merchandise attractively and placing it on the sales floor or storing it appropriately in stockrooms Maintaining cleanliness and organization in operational areas of the store Providing prompt and friendly service to our customers, whether from the back or front areas of the store, and assisting on the sales floor as required Collaborating with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or ManagersWe offer exceptional benefits (see further list below)
Candidate Profile:
An effective communicator who is approachable, composed, and efficient – even during peak times Detail-oriented, meticulous, and well-organized, with a strong focus on accuracy You take pride in your responsibilities and tackle all tasks with enthusiasm and energy Comfortable working independently and proactively managing your time Adaptable, supportive, and always willing to go above and beyond for your team and our customers Eager to take charge of your own professional developmentIn line with Home Office guidelines, successful candidates will need to demonstrate their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
This position is not typically one we would consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to relevant Home Office requirements on skill levels not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to explore their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
