As a vital member of our dynamic store team, your primary focus will be to efficiently manage our inventory to ensure that products are readily accessible to customers. When assisting on the sales floor, your exceptional customer service abilities will be prominently displayed. In exchange for adhering to all Company policies and procedures and maintaining a positive work attitude, we are committed to investing in your growth and development from the outset.
About the Role:
To excel as a Delivery Team Associate, you will ensure that our customers have access to perfectly organized stock by:
Swiftly and accurately processing inventory to the highest standards, which includes scanning, unpacking, organizing, and storing items Presenting all merchandise beautifully and ensuring it is displayed on the sales floor or stored correctly in the stockrooms Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all operational areas of the store Providing prompt and friendly service to our customers, whether from the back or front areas of the store, and assisting on the sales floor as necessary Collaborating effectively with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or ManagersWe offer an array of fantastic benefits (see further list below)

A strong communicator who is approachable, composed, and efficient – even during peak times Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized, with a keen eye for accuracy You take pride in your contributions and approach every task with enthusiasm and energy Comfortable working independently and keeping yourself engaged Adaptable, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile for your team and our customers Eager to take charge of your own professional developmentIn accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will need to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
This position is not typically eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to specific Home Office requirements regarding skill levels. Candidates are encouraged to explore their own right to work options without sponsorship from NEXT.
