As a vital member of our dynamic retail team, your primary focus will be to ensure our products are processed efficiently, making them readily available for our customers. When assisting on the sales floor, your exceptional customer service abilities will be prominently displayed. In exchange for your commitment to uphold all Company policies and procedures and your positive work attitude, we will prioritize your growth and development from the outset.

About the Role:

To excel as a Delivery Team Member, you will ensure optimal stock availability for our customers by:

Efficiently processing stock with precision and to the highest standards, which includes scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and organizing stock Presenting all stock beautifully and ensuring it is displayed on the sales floor or stored correctly in the stockrooms Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and organization in operational areas of the store Providing prompt and friendly service to our customers, whether from the back or front areas of the store, and assisting on the sales floor as necessary Collaborating as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to demonstrate their right to work in the UK before starting employment.

This role is not typically one we would consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to relevant Home Office requirements on skill levels not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to explore their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
