Customer Service Representative

As a vital member of our pet care retail team, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience that distinguishes us from competitors and fosters loyalty to our esteemed brands.
Our Retail Associates are essential to our operational success.Your responsibilities will include consistently surpassing customer expectations, maintaining high standards of pet care, ensuring operational excellence, and cultivating strong relationships with both customers and team members.
Ideal Candidate Profile- Individuals who are enthusiastic about providing outstanding service.
- Adaptable. Given the dynamic nature of a retail environment, flexibility to work varied shifts across all days of the week is essential. A minimum contract of 12 hours will be provided, but additional hours may be necessary during peak times, staff absences, and holiday periods.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role is preferred.
- Experience in a target-driven setting is advantageous, but a willingness to work in such an environment is equally important.
- Prepared to engage in 6 months of comprehensive training that covers essential aspects of the role, including pet handling, customer service, and health and safety protocols.
