Your Role

As a vital member of our pet care retail team, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience that distinguishes us from competitors and fosters loyalty to our esteemed brands.

Our Retail Associates are essential to our operational success.

They are tasked with consistently surpassing customer expectations, maintaining exemplary standards of pet care, ensuring operational excellence, and cultivating strong relationships with both customers and team members.

Who Are We Seeking?

  • Individuals who are enthusiastic about providing outstanding service.
  • Adaptable. Given the dynamic nature of a busy retail setting, we require you to be available for flexible shifts throughout the week. You will be offered a minimum contract of 12 hours, with the possibility of additional hours during peak times, staff absences, and holiday periods.
  • Ideally, candidates should have experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience in a target-driven environment is preferred, but we welcome those who are eager to learn.
  • Prepared to undergo 6 months of comprehensive training covering essential aspects of the role, including pet handling, customer service, and health and safety protocols.

Paid Time Off:

All associates will receive a minimum of 28* days of paid annual leave, increasing to 33* days after two years of service.
