About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Store Manager to join our team at Kasmir Associates. As the face of our luxury clothing outlet store, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining retail operational standards, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of four part-time members, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a personalized and exceptional shopping experience, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Liaise with Head Office to manage stock levels, replenish stock, and process customer purchases, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including setting weekly staff rotas, managing team holidays, and processing deliveries of stock.
  • Merchandising: Merchandise products in store, replenishing stock on the shop floor and managing stock room inventory.
  • Store Opening and Closing: Open and close the store, ensuring that all security and health and safety procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Fashion/clothing retail management experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in retail management or a related field.
