Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Ben Sherman. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for our products and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Team Management: Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to drive store success.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers.
  • Operational Excellence: Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines, and demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the store.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Focus: Proven customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales and Target Driven: Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Visual Merchandising Skills: Excellent visual merchandising skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercial Awareness: Good understanding of commercial principles and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

Desirable Skills:

  • IT Skills: Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Performance Management: Experience of managing poor performance and developing improvement plans.
  • Premium Fashion Experience: Experience of working in a premium fashion brand and understanding of the industry.
