Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team in High Wycombe. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store and contributing to the overall commercial success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations
    • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of running a successful store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and shop floor standards.
    • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers in the store.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management
    • Motivate and support staff members to meet and surpass targets.
    • Train new and existing staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Stock Management
    • Manage stock levels and process deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that stock is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular reports to the Store Manager on store performance and sales trends.
    • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
