About the Role

We're Pets at Home Group Plc – a leading pet care business in the UK. We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a vital member of the store management team.
  • You will be a Duty Manager and take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Deputy or Store Manager.
  • You will be involved in everything from recruitment to stock control and store standards.
  • You will lead from the front with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team and creating a fantastic place to shop and work.

Requirements

  • A team player with excellent communication skills to engage and inspire your team.
