About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Heath Farm School, part of Acorn Education. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers to deliver high-quality education to our students with varied and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons to meet the individual needs of students
  • Prepare classrooms and materials to ensure a smooth learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with students to promote interaction and learning
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons in a creative and positive setting
Requirements
  • GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Calm, engaging, and resilient with excellent support skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and motivate students to reach their potential
