Job Role
  • Assist in promoting the learning and personal development of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils in achieving their educational goals by providing individualized attention and assistance
  • Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and reduce challenging behavior
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide additional support to pupils during lessons and activities
  • Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and other professionals
Requirements
  • Experience working with pupils with SEND
  • Ability to implement behavior management strategies and promote positive behavior
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals
