Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect company arrears through various means, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and update them accordingly.
  • Negotiate settlements in line with company policy, ensuring fair and reasonable outcomes.
  • Set up and manage Long Term Payment Arrangements (LTPA) to facilitate debt repayment.
  • Conduct regular comprehensive reviews to ensure LTPA adherence and proactively manage non-adhered LTPAs towards litigation.
  • Perform other reasonable requests from the line manager to support the team's goals.

Core Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in collections with knowledge of arrears to bad debt recovery, ensuring a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

  • Responsible for resolving disputes and ensuring caller concerns are addressed in a fair and professional manner.
