Empowering Learning is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR department. This is a part-time role, approximately 3 days a week, from October or November 2024, and is permanent.
About the Role:
- Lead all aspects of HR, including recruitment and retention, succession planning, employee relations, policy development, organisational change, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support the school's goals and objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
Requirements:
- Relevant CIPD qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent IT literacy, including Microsoft Office, and experience with HR systems and software.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 FTE.
