Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring the store is ready for customers, and driving sales results. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead and coach the team, develop sales strategies, and implement effective customer service practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to optimize store routines, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their sales skills and customer service abilities
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
