About the Role

As a Clinical Mental Health Lead / Deputy Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will support the delivery of high-quality care in our care homes. Working closely with the Home Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you will be responsible for ensuring care standards, motivating your team, and developing strategies to achieve your goals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. You will also need experience in helping residents with different health needs, managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, and supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
