Clinical Mental Health Lead Job Description

This is a rewarding opportunity to take on a leadership role as a Clinical Mental Health Lead at a leading healthcare provider. You'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality care, leading a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of high-quality care to residents with diverse health needs.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve goals and improve care outcomes.
  • Monitor standards through regular audits and supervised clinical practice.
  • Support newly qualified nurses through preceptorship and mentorship.
About the Role

This is an empowering place to use your clinical and people management skills to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You'll work closely with the Home Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence.

Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification.
  • Experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing, budget management, and HR.
