About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Mental Health Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

As Clinical Mental Health Lead, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care that meets the needs of our residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans, monitor standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of mental health professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of residents
  • Monitoring standards and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Collaborating with the Home Manager to achieve care goals

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in mental health nursing or a related field
  • Current NMC registration
