About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Deputy General Manager Clinical Lead to join our esteemed care home in Mansfield. As a key member of our leadership team, you will support the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the delivery of care and services
- Lead by example and inspire a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellence in care
- Monitor standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and deliver strategies to improve care outcomes and resident satisfaction
- Collaborate with the General Manager to manage budgets and resources
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. You will also need experience in helping residents with different health needs, managing safeguarding investigations, and clinical risk assessments.
