We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Nightingale Nursing & Care Home. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to achieve the company's mission and vision
  • Ensure all care plans are completed within the required timescales and evaluated regularly
  • Ensure all team members are competent in medication management and complete weekly audits
  • Lead by example and promote a positive and supportive team culture
Requirements:
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. Registered Nurse or NVQ minimum level 3)
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a residential or nursing home setting, with at least one year in a dementia care environment
  • Awareness of Person-Centred Care Planning principles
  • Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
  • Live within 30 minutes of the home
