Job Description

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to optimize store routines, ensure the store is ready for customers, and achieve great sales results. Your main tasks will include:

  • Implementing weekly campaigns and sales strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Creating a positive and high-energy work environment that motivates your team
  • Supporting the Store Manager in leading and coaching the team, communicating effectively, and setting goals
  • Training colleagues in customer-first attitude, needs assessment, and sales techniques
  • Leading by example, selling, and conducting routine tasks in the store

Requirements

  • Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive work atmosphere
  • Commitment to customer service and results-driven approach
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions quickly
  • Passion for sales and customer service, with a strong work ethic
