Job Description

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to optimize store routines, ensure a positive customer experience, and drive sales performance. Your main tasks will include:

  • Coaching and developing the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Leading by example, selling, and conducting routine tasks in the store
  • Supporting the Store Manager in communicating, leading, and coaching the team
  • Training colleagues in customer-first attitude, needs assessment, and sales techniques
  • Ensuring weekly campaigns, sales attitude, and a high-energy environment where the team thrives
