About the Role
As a Clinical Mental Health Lead / Deputy Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will support the delivery of high-quality care in our care homes. Working closely with the Home Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you will be responsible for ensuring care standards, motivating your team, and developing strategies to achieve your goals.
About You
To join us as a Clinical Mental Health Lead / Deputy Manager, you will need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. Experience in helping residents with different health needs is essential, as is a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. We also look for some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, an understanding of budget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
