Job Description
As a Deputy Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to optimize store routines, ensure the store is ready for customers, and achieve great sales results. Your main task will be to create a positive and high-energy environment where your team thrives. You will train your colleagues in customer-first attitude, how to determine customers' needs, and how to sell effectively.
