Deputy Store Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at JYSK. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring a positive and high-energy work environment, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service and sales skills
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail sales or management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide excellent customer experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
