About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at JYSK. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring a positive and high-energy environment, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies, improve sales performance, and enhance customer experience.
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store staff, focusing on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
