About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Event Marketing and Strategy to join our team at Fastmarkets. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive event marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Event Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a strategic plan for event marketing that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead Event Marketing Team: Manage and lead a team of event marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of event marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Measure and Analyze Event Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure event success and make data-driven decisions to optimize future events.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our event marketing strategy remains competitive and effective.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience in event marketing or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record of developing and executing successful event marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and lead a team of event marketing professionals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize event performance.
