Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on pending purchase orders to ensure that order confirmations are received promptly.
  • Verify the accuracy of all order confirmations and update our SAP system with confirmed delivery schedules and pricing.
  • Handle incoming calls from clients and suppliers professionally, addressing inquiries directly or relaying information to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the branch.
  • Oversee the sales inbox, process orders in the relevant systems, and escalate any issues for resolution.
