Key Responsibilities
  • Following up on pending purchase orders to ensure that order confirmations are received promptly.
  • Verifying the accuracy of all order confirmations and updating our SAP system with the confirmed delivery timelines and pricing.
  • Responding to inquiries from clients and suppliers in a courteous manner, addressing issues when possible or relaying information to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Delivering comprehensive administrative support to the branch.
  • Overseeing the sales inbox, processing orders in the relevant system, and escalating any issues for resolution.
