Head of Sales Opportunity

Collins Property Recruitment is seeking a highly successful and ambitious individual to lead our flagship branch in Kensington as Head of Sales. As a seasoned residential sales manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase listings and market share
  • Oversee the marketing of properties to attract high-quality clients
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and objectives
  • Network with agents and developers to identify new business opportunities
  • Plan and initiate new business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Ensure all staff members deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism

Package:

  • Competitive basic salary of £60,000

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in selling residential properties in PCL
  • Confidence in dealing with figures and targets
