We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Manager to join our team at the Royal National Hotel. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Front Office team to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Reception and Front of House staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Reception Supervisor or Front of House Manager in a similar operation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Commercially focused, with a strong understanding of revenue management and budgeting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
