Job Title: Hotel Receptionist at Henrietta Hotel
Location: Covent Garden, London
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Henrietta Hotel. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Assisting Guests: Greet and assist all guests as soon as they arrive, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage all front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, and accommodation.
- Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and requests, offering personalized service and adapting to each guest's needs.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service is always provided, respecting our quality standards and exceeding guest expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Front Office Manager and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Security and Safety: Coordinate security at the front desk to maintain a high level of safety for guests, goods, and materials, including key inventory and guest belongings.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and socially engaged individual who is well spoken, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of other languages is beneficial, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PMS systems.
