Hotel Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Manager to join our Front Office team at The Landmark London Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception team, ensuring effective communication and teamwork
- Assess and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement training programs for staff, focusing on customer service and team development
- Prepare work schedules and ensure efficient operation of the Front Desk
- Ensure standardised credit approval, deposit policy, and group handling
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work a 40-hour shift rota
