Hotel Front Office Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team at Red Carnation Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the reception department, leading a professional team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve guest experience.
- Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance guest stay.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Supervise the smooth running of all front office operations.
- Assist with rotas, time sheets, payroll, and holiday management.
