Threadneedles Hotel, a boutique property nestled in the heart of Central London, offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Front Office professional to join their esteemed team.

Job Overview:

The Assistant Front Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Front Office department, working closely with the Front Office Manager to drive service excellence and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Office Operations: Assist with the management of all Reception and concierge operations, including liaising with teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer feedback and requests.
  • Duty Management: Ensure efficient coverage of Duty Management and nights, and assist in managing the overnight team of the hotel.
  • Resource Planning: Manage the resource planning and recruitment of front office team members.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to guests. A minimum of one year experience in a similar role is essential, along with a genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
