Bilingual Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Bilingual Relationship Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and building strong relationships with our global brands, major enterprise customers, and employee benefit consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring that all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Review scheme performance and deliver interactive presentations to all levels of management, directors, and trustees within your portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Travel within the UK to meet with customers and attend business meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully managing and building similar relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Full driving license and flexibility to travel within the UK.
